We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team. You must be able to handle high volume processing including reviewing appraisals for underwriting and coordinating all aspects of processing and workflow with loan officers, underwriting, real estate appraisal and other departments associated with the process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Additional requirements include 2-3 years of prior first mortgage processing experience and good knowledge of credit principles; credit reporting, underwriting practices and application documentation; FHA, VA and desktop underwriting experience preferred.

The right candidate must be a professional, detail oriented and career minded individual. A stable work history is desirable. Must be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of mortgage industry specific language, phrases and terms. Excellent verbal communication is a must. The ability to present a positive image for the company; strong fundamental understanding of mortgage banking, financial planning and its components; ability to work in a team environment; proficiency with PC based special applications; attitude to assist in other duties when needed; ability to adjust to market conditions; ability to relate to and work well with others.
