Company History
Hargrow & Associates, Inc. (H&A) was formed in 1995 and became fully operational in 1996. The primary purpose of the company is to provide quality professional real estate and financial services to sellers and buyers.
The company began with only one employee, and over the years has grown to include MHA Real Estate and MHA Financial Services. Operations are automated and we are fully capable of web-based business.
Our vision is to attain the highest level of "one stop shopping" in the real estate and financial industries, and to be able to give back to the people and communities that have contributed to our success.
Our mission is to give clients and customers "a friend in the business." While customer satisfaction is our primary focus, all of our services are provided with strict compliance to laws and regulations.
Hargrow & Associates, Inc. provides the highest level of quality in the real estate and financial services industries. We offer these services using a "single stop" model, where we (not the client/customer) assume the burden of processing the required paperwork. As a result our services require less time and can reduce stress for our clients and customers.
For example, by providing integrated, comprehensive real estate and financial services, we have reduced the average time to complete loan documents. Instead of the usual 4 to 6 week wait, our customers, depending on the individual, will have an answer to their application within 2 to 4 weeks. This reduced time makes our services superior to others in these lines of business. At the same time, we are committed to community reinvestment. Therefore, H&A is an integral part of the community we serve. By contributing to the success of individuals, we are also reinvesting in the communities that have been a part of our success.
Although the services are integrated, H&A is the parent company of MHA Real Estate and MHA Financial Services. The following summarizes the services of each of these companies.
Real Estate
MHA Real Estate is a full service real estate company. We list and sell residential, commercial, income property and vacant land in the greater Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti and Detroit Metropolitan areas. We are also licensed in Alabama and Mississippi. We offer Comparative Market Analysis, Multiple Listings, extensive Marketing/Advertising, and Property Management services. In addition, we provide Online Real Estate services through MaryHargrow.Realtor.com. All services are customer focused and designed to meet the needs of the individuals we serve.
Financial Services
MHA Financial Services is designed to ensure regulatory compliance related to new and refinanced Mortgages and consumer Debt Counseling. In addition, we provide a financial Workshop Series: Focus on Success. These workshops offer practical tips and strategies for achieving financial goals. The Series is presented as a part of the H&A public service commitment.
